Windwood is rented. We did it! We received calls from your service wich was very nice, and this renter came from a sign I put up. They signed the lease but it starts in April and they signed a two year. It is not as good as I wish but I am grateful. Thanks for being on our team. We bought another home so we are up to 4. Just want you to know I've accepted a contract and the inspections should be in the next 10 days. It was a call that came from someone spotting the small Community Press classified ad you ran, then went to the site. They called Monday a week ago, looked at the house in the am and pm, and wrote the offer Tuesday, through their agent, a person I know and like. And I like the buyers. We all hope to have Thanksgiving with our families in our new locations. God is good!
Open House yesterday was well attended, one person wanted to be called if this contract fell through, as well as another guy who came through with an agent a week before has called back twice. The signage was a big help, and I never had to go to any printing expense. One inquiry even came from San Antonio from Craigslist.
So, can you please post the PENDING flag on my page?

Oh my gosh ... the pictures and flyer look absolutely wonderful ... I almost cried when I saw how beautiful you made our house look in the flyer. My only thought was do we want to add the words "plus den/office" (ie. 4 bedroom, 4 bath plus Den/Office) in the heading? I'm going to go with your advice on this one. If you think it might look like a nice extra feature please add it....or just add it below in the description ... (yeh...lets at least do that). By the way, I want to tell you how impressed my husband and I were with how professional and thorough you were when you visited our home and took pictures (sorry we had to rush out). There's no doubt in my mind you guys will take off in this new venture (NKYhomeforsale.com) ... with your professionalism, care and quality you will do great! Also, I would love to have lunch some time around the beginning of July with you guys to see how we can benefit each other. As I told Ed ... I am a real estate investor and I buy many houses.
