Signs

Our marketing packages include one custom yard sign with a steel frame, one reusable open house sign, two directional signs, and two sold signs. The Triple Crown Deluxe Package includes an all-weather brochure box.

	Our yard signs are simple, attractive and very effective. Our signs tell perspective buyers exactly where to go online to see pictures and information about your home. The yard sign will display your phone number so that you may be contacted directly. Prospective buyers can then email you with just the click of a button on your home's portfolio page.
	These signs are effective by advertising to traffic off of main streets. Your directional signs will have your home address on them, and have been coordinated to match your yard sign. We will start you off with two signs however, if necessary, you may purchase more for just $20.00 each.
	Put this sign in your yard at the beginning of the week that you plan to show your home. Do not forget to advertise your open house in the local classifieds. You should include your address, time and date, along with your phone number, and NKYHomeForSale.com. When prospective buyers call, invite them to see your home portfolio where they can easily print directions to your home, and easily peruse pictures and information online.
	After your closing, we ask that you slide our “sold” sign over your contact number to prevent any other phone calls about your property.
	All of our customers will have this all-weather brochure box attached to their sign frame, to display their custom brochures. We do suggest that you monitor the distribution of your brochures daily.

• You will receive your sign package the same day that our photographer comes to take pictures of your home. We suggest that you do not use your signs until after we have called you to confirm the completion of your home portfolio. Our Derby customers will pick up and return their sign package at our office, which is conveniently located at 821 York Street, Suite 111, Newport, Kentucky; across from the Radel Funeral Home.

• Until your yard sign has been returned to us in a satisfactory condition, a $75.00 security deposit will be added to your final bill upon checkout. Returning any other signs to us is appreciated, but not required. You will receive your returned security deposit in the form of a check by mail.

• Please call us after your closing to schedule a sign pickup. In order to maximize our exposure, we do ask that you allow us to keep our yard sign in your yard for approximately two weeks after your closing.
