Advertising has been incorporated into our program which encourage our customers to promote our website as they are promoting the sale of their own home. We design a custom home portfolio for our customers which will be added to our database on our website. We also provide our customers with their signs and marketing materials. As our customers advertise their homes, they bring buyers and other sellers, to our website… and to your business!

Your listing will include:

1) Your hard copy marketing items / coupons will be added to our customers welcome folder when they receive their sign package.

2) A link / crosslink to/from your website

3) Your very own customzed advertising billboard on our site. ( Our web master will work with you to design your billboard. There will be a one time set up fee for your billboard design.)

4) Your marketing items / coupons will be displayed in our Newport office. We also have a fsbo store planned for the near future!

Banner Creation

Step 1. After your agreement has been signed with For Sale by Owner Resources LLC, fill out and submit our advertising order form. Please fill out all required fields and as many optional fields as possible along with any applicable artwork.

Step 2. Relax while the proof of your design is produced and emailed to you for approval within 48 hours.

Step 3. Approve ad.

Step 4. Watch as your advertisement is uploaded to the most comprehensive website for “For Sale by Owners” in Northern Kentucky!
