November home sales surge
November home sales surged nationally as local home sales jumped 35 percent in November from the year prior. Extraordinary federal support and lower mortgage rates have powered these sales and now give confidence that it’s going to be a great spring market. If you know of anyone thinking of selling their home this coming season, encourage them to try “For Sale by Owner.” Our newly configured marketing packages offer multiple exposures in different Medias including our own high traffic web sites, Enquirer print ads, homefinder.com, Craig’s List, and more. Recent successes
Although 2009 will go down as one of the toughest markets for sellers in recent history, we are happy to report many success stories at For Sale by Owner Resources. It is possible to market your home on the MLS in addition to all of our FSBO marketing. Our referred Brokers in either Kentucky or Ohio are the only Brokers who can offer you this opportunity. Your home can be on your local Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky MLS for a flat fee of only $550 in addition to the FSBO package which you must have already bought from us. This MLS option is also available as an upgrade to any existing customers who has purchased one of our FSBO packages. Sellers must agree however, to pay a 3% commission if an agent brings you a buyer. Combining these 2 marketing strategies will certainly increase your chances of finding a buyer.
