We reserve the right to withdraw any web page where the property advertised has been sold or where we are no longer able to contact the seller to verify its market status.

"Sold" Listings

When an advertiser notifies us that their property has been sold, we leave the listing on our site with the legend "Sold" for a period of time. This is as a courtesy so that buyers who had an interest in that property can see that the property is no longer on the market. It is not a claim that NKYHomeForSale.com sold the property - we are selling Internet advertising not real estate or real estate services. A number of our advertisers have informed us that their buyers first became aware of their properties through their NKYHomeForSale.com web page (see our testimonials ), but even in these cases it was the advertiser (or their agent) who actually made the sale.
