Hurray! We have a pending contract on our home. Hopefully we will not run into any snags. I guess you need to post that on our web site and cancel Open Houses for April. If all goes well we will close by June 1st.

I will mail the $120 today. Thanks for your help. Just info... I have three other agencies trying to help us and so far your company is smoking them as far as, well in every way. I like professionalism. A + so far. I hope your the one that rents it or lease options it out. That is the final product but so far your way ahead and i thank you. We are so small that we have to rent this home out first and then we are able to buy our next home and then rent the other two homes in June.
